Multi-Storey Car Park
DAR Takaful Property Management provides a Multi-Storey Car Park facility with approximately 181 parking lots, available for both season parking users and public parking users.
Season Parking
Season parking is available for approved tenants and registered users, subject to availability and management approval.

Public Parking
Public parking is available after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.

The Multi-Storey Car Park is located within Dar Takaful IBB 2, Lorong Gerai Timur, Jalan Pemancha, Bandar Seri Begawan, BS8511, Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Terms and Conditions
The management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the vehicle, its accessories, contents, or to the person/driver however caused.
Any damage to the parking equipment caused by negligence of customers will be charged accordingly.
Please ensure your vehicle is locked.
Parking users are advised to follow all parking signage, payment instructions, and management directions.
